Hosting an IC event

Expectations in Hosting an Event

  • The host(s) must be present for the entire event or arrange for someone to take their place.

  • Events will be scheduled in 4-hour blocks, though shorter durations may be requested. Any event lasting longer than 4 hours requires prior approval.

  • We understand that real life happens. If you are unable to attend as the event host, please contact an admin as soon as possible so arrangements can be made to ensure coverage.

  • Dates and times are subject to availabity and other events taking place that day
