RENTAL AGREEMENT
All rentals in Sovereign’s Rest are considered private residences and may not be entered or used without the permission of the renter(s). Rentals are also designated as safe zones unless otherwise agreed upon with the renter(s)
If you decide to rent in Sovereign's Rest you are agreeing to follow the Rental rules and the rules of the sim.
NO REFUNDS - Once you have rented a home we do not give refunds if you decide to leave or give up your rental. PThis includes players that are asked to leave by Admin. No refunds will be given.

RENTAL HOMES
CHOOSING YOUR RP HOME
Different styles of homes are located throughout the various regions, reflecting the identity of each area. The rentals in the Village and the farms near the docks feature more traditional-style homes. If needed, additional rental spaces with a traditional aesthetic can also be created within the caves to expand availability.
Players should select a rental within the region that aligns with their character’s faction. For example, a character aligned with Lumnia Glade would not reside in the Shadow Realm. Village rentals are available and are not tied to any specific faction. If you are interested in one of these Village rentals, please reach out to Joseph Surface.
DECORATING YOUR RP HOME
Homes in Sovereign’s Rest come pre-furnished, with 25 prim available for personal touches.
Standard rental homes should remain modest and not reflect the luxury of Favored housing. Since all homes are considered roleplay spaces, décor should stay true to the lore, even during OOC use.
If you would like furniture swapped with items seen in other rentals, please contact Lexie Vaher. Additional prim may be approved by an admin on a case-by-case basis.
Players may also earn the weekly title of Favored, granting temporary access to more luxurious accommodations. These residences do not include personal prim. See the Favored section for details.

OTHER FURNITURE
IC SITUATIONS IN YOUR RENTALS
A rental home can be used for OOC or IC reasons. If the home is being used for OOC purposes all chat should be held in ims.
Players need to check with the player in their home to see if their doors are locked or even if they are available for roleplay.
Your OOC house cannot be used as a place of protection from IC consequences.
BREAKING AND ENTERING OR PROPERTY DESTRUCTIONS
Rentals (residential and business) are private property. Do not enter without consent/rp. All doors and windows should be considered locked unless you are told otherwise. You can't rob, destroy, vandalize, b&e, etc a rented property without the owner’s consent OOCly. In the same manner, public buildings are the property of the sim or a sim-ru npc. You must seek consent from an admin to damage, rob, etc any public building.
